TEAM:

One World Retreat has a team of highly qualified professionals that help during the various stages of acquisition, design development and sales/marketing of the project. The team consists of several individuals with different backgrounds and expertise. White Lotus International is main company that design and development services including the branding of One World Retreat projects.
 

Bharat Verma, Founder & Director

Bharat has a passion for developing resort communities and retreats. He has extensive experience in real estate development having worked on several large scale development projects all over the US.

He has been involved with the real estate development and construction industry for the past 14 years. Bharat has a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from JJ College . He is currently living with his wife in Alexandria, Virginia.
